Ingredients

Cookie Dough Layer:
1/2 cup softened butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
12 ounces mini chocolate chips

Peanut Butter Layer:
1 et 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Chocolate Layer:
12 ounces milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet chocolate chips)

Instructions
Prepare the Pan:

Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
Spray the bottom with nonstick cooking spray to make the parchment paper stick to the bottom and sides.
Set the pan aside.
