Cherries and chocolate are one of my favorite flavor combinations, and I'm using them together here to make these yummy and really easy chocolate brownies.

Ingredients
1/2 cup (113 grams) butter
7 oz (200 grams) dark chocolate
1 cup (200 grams) light brown muscovado sugar
3 large eggs
3/4 cup (95 grams) plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon coffee granules (optional)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup fresh cherries, halved and pitted
1/2 cup (85 grams) milk chocolate, roughly chopped

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Melt Butter and Chocolate:
In a saucepan, melt the butter, dark chocolate, and light brown muscovado sugar together over gentle heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth and combined.
Once melted, turn off the heat and set aside.

2

Whisk Eggs:
In a separate bowl, whisk the three eggs together until well combined.

3

Combine Ingredients:
Add the plain flour, baking powder, coffee granules (if using), and cocoa powder to the melted chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add the whisked eggs to the mixture, stirring continuously until smooth.

4

Add Cherries and Milk Chocolate:
Fold in the halved and pitted fresh cherries and the roughly chopped milk chocolate.

5

Prepare Baking Tin:
Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin, spreading it out evenly.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the brownies are cooked through but still slightly squishy in the center.

6

Cool and Serve:
Once baked, let the brownies cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cut into squares to serve.

Conclusion :
There you have it—delicious cherry and chocolate brownies that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
The best part? They’re incredibly easy to make. Just a bit of melting, mixing, and baking, and you’ll have a batch of brownies that are wonderfully gooey and packed with flavor.
I hope you give these brownies a try and enjoy every bite. Let me know how they turn out, and feel free to share any tweaks or additions you made. Until next time, happy baking!
