For nearly 16 years I have owned a 675-square-foot Victorian carriage house I’ve lovingly called the Gingerbread House. She is 153 years old. On Wednesday I close; I am selling her. I had a daughter and need to upgrade to something a little bigger. To say my heart is broken is a bit of an understatement. There’s something comforting and magical about historical tiny cabins. I will miss this space terribly. I really enjoyed living here.
Living small is special. It takes creativity and heart. I appreciate every post I’ve seen here. You are all wonderful.
