Hey y'all, I'm Paula Deen, and there's nothing I love more than getting together with friends for some good food and great times. Today, I'm sharing one of my supper club favorites: luscious bite-sized Lemon Blossoms. This dish is perfect for any gathering and are sure to impress your friends.

Instructions:
Make the Batter: Mix the cake mix, lemon pudding mix, eggs.

Add oil and mix the ingredientstogether until smooth.

Bake: Fill mini muffin pans halfway with batter. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.

Prepare the Glaze: Sift the powdered sugar. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and water, stirring until smooth.

Glaze the Cakes: Dip the tops of the cooled mini muffins in the glaze. Let them set on a wire rack.
